The open-plan space features two single beds and a small sofa, accommodating up to 3 guests, though it is more comfortable for 2. It includes a kitchenette and a private bathroom, as well as a spacious front balcony overlooking a shared garden. Access is via approximately 20 steps. The studio is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The beach is a 5-minute drive away, and Andros Town can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Daily cleaning service is not provided. For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen and towels are changed upon request. This studio is ideal for couples or small groups seeking a relaxing retreat in a peaceful setting close to nature, with easy access to nearby beaches and local attractions.
